What's Included:
On-Site Event Coordinator — Youʼll be assigned an event coordinator who will serve as your contact throughout the planning process.
Full Bar — Morris & Mae has a full bar with 20 hyperlocal taps, cocktails, wine and n/a beverages.
Food — Morris & Mae can accommodate a full sit-down meal, small bite appetizers, buffets, and dessert. In addition to our Preferred Caterer, you are welcome to bring in your own caterer or food/food truck.
Tables & Chairs —There are a variety of seating options to meet your needs, from family-style tables and chairs to high-top happy hour tables and various soft-seating options.
The venue can accommodate up to 250 people for a happy hour mingle-style event.
In addition to our Preferred Caterer, you are welcome to bring in your own caterer or food. You are welcome to contract with a food truck to provide food for your guests. Your event coordinator will work with you on these details.
No. Unfortunately, due to our liquor license requirements and liability reasons, we do not allow outside liquor to be brought into the venue.
Pets are allowed on our patio space only. Due to our health license they are not allowed inside the venue.
To reserve your date, you must pay a deposit equal to 50% of the price of the package you are selecting. Your next payment will be due 10 days out from your event with your final guest count. Any remaining balance will be due at the end of the event.
Your final balance will be due 10 days prior to your event.
Yes, there is free on-street parking. In addition, we are located within walking distance of two large public parking lots.
You can add on additional hours. Price is based on chosen event space.
We do not have overnight accommodations but are neighbors with Origins Hotel at Red Rocks which is very conveniently within walking distance.
In addition to the Room Rate and Food and Beverage minimum, we do charge a 25% service charge which goes to those staffing your event, in addition we have a 8.5% sales tax rate.
Yes, our Event Coordinator can contract full-service planning at the rate of $100 per hour.
